INEL Technical Assistance To The Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, " Review of Plant-Specific Licensing Actions for Operating Reactor Issues" (FIN D6023), Task 1-15
Dear Mr. Carrington:
In accordance with the above reference, INEL is providing technical assistance to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, in the evaluation of plant-specific licensing actions.
Enclosed is the final Technical Evaluation Report (TER) documenting the evaluation of temperatures in the containment following a high energy steam line break at Fort St. Vrain (TAC No. 60421). The report was prepared by M. D. Whita and C. L. Wheeler of Battelle, Pacific Northwest Laboratory, under memorandum purchase order No. C86-101022 Mod 1 between INEL and PNL.
The enclosed TER completes the work scope requirements of Task 1-15.
