5.0 PROCEDURE _.

5.1 Preparation of list for non-safety related valves 5.1.1 Cognizant Engineer 5.1.1.1 Receives input and reviews it and ,

verifies that the data is legible.

5.1.1.2 Puts the input data into the computer data base.

5.1.1.3 Prepares the Controlled Document Distribution List for handling in J accordance with NSED Procedure A.2.

.g 5.1.2 Reviewing Engineer 5.1.2.1' Reviews the computer list against the-input data and verifies accuracy.

5.1.3 Cognizant Supervisor Approves the Torque Switch Setting List 5.1.3.1 and forwards it to the Administrative Supervisor for distribution in accordance with NSED Procedure A.2.

5.2 Preparation of List for Safety Rela'ted Valves 5.2.1 Cognizant Engineer 5.2.1.1 Receives input data ,from Plant Staff or Construction. Insures that the data are legible and have been independently verified.t.....e... . . .
