ame he plant after having consumed alcoholic beverages an e acte loud manner which distracted plant staff.
As you may know, any plant employee entering the plant after consuming alcohol may be in violation of the Plant's Fitness for Duty Policy.
While the Nuclear Regulatory Corrrission endorses the Fitness for Duty Policy, a violation of that policy does not directly violate NRC regulations. Therefore, we have contacted the President of the Toledo Edison Company and requested that he initiate an investigation into this incident.
We will audit that investigation and I will inforrr you of the results.
