NOV e3 34 STATEMENT OF CONCERNS In August 1984,
, a Quality Control Inspector employed by Soils and Material Engineers, was told by two other QC inspectors about a bad construction joint on a concrete pour for a slab that was going to rest on top of a wal the pour f.1 in the_ rad _ waste _.b.ui_lding. _The two inspectors who observed
) wanted to reject the joint and require a substance (latent) be removed from the joint to get a bet,ter bond. The QC superintendent. '

directed the contractor to take a wire brush and roughen up these 2

Subsequent to filing the quality concerns, feels he has been intimidated, some of which has been subtle. One incident involved

He was told that they had not substantiated his concerns.
said they told him that there was no reason to fear for his job.
