' NOV e3 34 l STATEMENT OF CONCERNS In August 1984,

, a Quality Control Inspector employed by Soils and Material Engineers, was told by two other QC inspectors about a bad construction top of a wal joint on a concrete pour for a slab that was going to rest on the pour f .1 in the_ rad _ waste _.b.ui_lding. _The two inspectors who observed
