l NOTICE OF DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.740a, Suffolk County, by its attorneys, will take the deposition upon oral examination of Edward B. Lieberman on the subject areas of his testimony, including the bases thereof, on Contentions Ex 40 and 41 and any other matters upon which he may testify during the proceedings regarding the February 13, 1986 Exercise of the LILCO Offsite Emergency Plan for Shoreham (the " Exercise"). In addition, the subject deposition may inquire into Mr. Lieberman's duties and responsibilities in connection with: (a) the Exer-cise; or, (b) his participation in or observation of any events or occurrences concerning the LILCO Plan and/or the Exercise thereof occurring before, on, or after February 13, 1986. .1 Washington, D.C. 20036 beginning at 1:00 p.m. on the 12th day of December, 1986, and continuing from day to day thereafter until the examination is completed. Mr. Lieberman is instructed to bring with him any notes, logs, summaries or other documents in his possession and/or control concerning the Exercise, its re-sults, its evaluation, or any recommendations arising therefrom, whether prepared prior to, during, or subsequent to the Exercise.
