NOTICE OF DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.740a, Suffolk County, by its attorneys, will take the deposition upon oral examination of John A. Weismantle on the subject areas of his testimony, including the bases thereof, on Contentions Ex 15, 22.A, 36, 38, 40, 41, 49 and 50 and any other matters upon which he may testify during the proceedings regarding the February 13, 1986 Exercise of the LILCO Offsite Emergency Plan for Shoreham (the " Exercise").
In addition, the subject deposition may in-quire into Mr. Weismantle's duties and responsibilities in con-l nection with:
(a) the Exercise; or, (b) his participation in or observation of any events or occurrences concerning the LILCO Plan and/or the Exercise thereof occurring before, on, or after I
February 13.,
1986.
