NOTICE OF DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.740a, Suffolk County, by its attorneys, will take the deposition upon oral examination of Walter F. Wilm on the subject areas of his testimony, including the bases thereof, on Contention Ex 41 and any other matters upon which he may testify during the pro-ceedings regarding the February 13, 1986 Exercise of the LILCO Offsite Emergency Plan for Shoreham (the "Exercine").
In addition, the subject deposition may inquire into Mr. Wilm's duties and responsibilities in connection with:
(a) the Exer-cise; or, (b) his participation in or observation of any events or occurrences concerning the LILCO Plan and/or the Exercise thereof occurring before, on, or after February 13, 1986.
Such deposition will be taken before a Notary Public, or before some other authorized officer, at 1900 M Street, N.W.,
