Gray File +4 EButcher The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.102 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-40 for the Fort Calhoun Station, Unit No. 1.

This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated October 23, 1986.

The amendment deletes the short term reporting requirements related to primary coolant specific activity levels and no longer requires plant shutdown if the-primary coolant specific activity exceeds the limit of 1.0 microcurie / gram dose equivalent I-131 for an accumulated period over 800 hours0.00926 days <br />0.222 hours <br />0.00132 weeks <br />3.044e-4 months <br /> in a 12-month period.

A copy of the Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Connission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
