Gentlemen:
This is to advise the NRC that Public Service Company of Colorado (PSC) will submit a proposal for resolution of Items 3, 4 and 11 of the referenced letter by March 31, 1987.
With the current level of activity at Fort St. Vrain, i.e., the Environmental Qualification Audit, Plant Restart and Preparation for the Commission meeting scheduled for late February, additional time is required to establish a proposal to respond to these issues.
The additional time will be used to discuss the issues with NRC staff members and incorporate connents from plant personnel on the proposed resolution.
