Section 4.4.3 1)
In implementation of NUREG 0737. Item II.F.1.3 (Accident Monitoring; Containment High-Range Monitor) a new area radiation monitor, RT93250-14, was added to the group listing along with specific action requirements for inoperability as committed in P-84101 (Reference 2).
2)
The inoperability requirements for the Hot Scrvice Facility (HSF) monitors, Group 2, were modified to allow for NRC reporting when repair or replacement measures might be contradictory to ALARA commitments.
3)
The location designations for Table 4.4.3-1 were changed to be consistent with Revision 2 of the Updated FSAR (Table 11.2-3) and other applicable documents.
No elevation or area changes have been made.
LCO's 4.4.7 & 4.4.8 These-LC0's were added for implementation of NUREG 0737 Item III.D.3.4 (Control Room Habitability Requirements) and are consistent with the commitments of P-84101 (Reference 2).
LCO 4.10.1 This LCO was modified to apply only to HVAC
" isolation" dampers and to allow an extended repair period when the isolation function can be maintained with redundant, operable dampers.
SR 5.4.14 This SR was added to naintain operability of the chlorine detection system required to be operable by LCO 4.4.8.
SR 5.10.1 This SR was modified to include annual fan and damper testing of the Control Room Emergency Ventilation System in accordance with LCO 4.4.7 in addition to the Halon Fire Suppression System.
AC 7.4.a.9 This requirement was added for implementation of NUREG C737 Item II.B.3 (Post-Accident Sampling).
Identification of specific procedures, controls and sampling program areas is in accordance with the Standard Technical Specifications.

' implemented in the_ event that both of the area monitors in group 2,.or the monitor in group 7, become inoperable and corrective-action to restore one to operable status within 7 days is unsuccessful.
