Alleged Involvement in Controlled Substances by a Site Individual This letter refers to a telephone conversation between you and Mr. Randy Blough of this office on August 8, 1986, regarding alleged involvement in controlled substances by an employee at your facility. Mr. Blough provided you the details of the allegation so that you can thoroughly investigate this matter. We under-stand that you also will notify the appropriate law enforcement agency if your investigation indicates such notification is warranted. We request that you provide us a report of the results of your investigation of this matter when it is complete.
