ENGINEERING REQUIREMENT .
-Elinor:
I spoke with Lou and James.regarding the requirement to inspect
'the marble exterior surface of OWFN. Lou mentioned that there is
.already-an accepted procedure for inspection, therefore, we can delete the existing requirement-(for designing a procedure) from your-SOW. James will delete this requirement, amend the.IGCE and transmit the revised documents to you by tomorrow. We can contract through GSA directly with GNM Associates, a-firm I am using for a' project for the OWFN Entrance Extension. We need to get a delegation for contractual authority from Nydia Coleman, GSA Contracting Officer, once we get the revised documents.
