NOTICE OF DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.740a, Suffolk County, by its attorneys, will take the deposition upon oral examination of Phillip McIntire on the subject areas of his testimony on admitted contentions in this proceeding, and his duties and responsibilities as a member of the " FEMA Command Post" and any other participation he may have had in connection with: (a) the February 13, 1986 Exercise of the LILCO Offsite Emergency Plan for Shoreham (" Exercise"); and, (b) his participation in or observation of any events or occurrences concerning the LILCO Plan and/or the Exercise thereof occurring before, on, or after February 13, 1986. Such deposition will be taken before a Notary Public, or before some other authorized of ficer, at 1800 M Street, N.W., South Lobby-Suite 900, Washington, D.C. 20036-5891 beginning at 9:30 o' clock a.m. on 8612310287 861222 gDR ADOCK 05000322 PDR

P the 13th day of January, 1987, and continuing from day to day thereafter until the examination is completed. Mr. McIntire is instructed to bring with him any notes, logs, summaries or other documents in his possession and/or control concerning the Exercise, its results, its evaluation, or any recommendations arising therefrom, whether prepared prior to, during, or subsequent to the Exercise.
