NOTICE OF DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.740a, i Suffolk County, by its attorneys, will take the deposition upon oral examination of Ihor Husar on the subject areas of his duties and responsibilities as the current Regional Assistance Committee

("RAC") Chairman for FEMA Region II and any duties or responsibi-lities performed by or assigned to him in connection with the j February 13, 1986 Exercise of the LILCO Offsite Emergency Plan for Shoreham (the " Exercise"), including his participation in or observation of any events or occurrences concerning the LILCO Plan and/or the Exercise thereof occurring before, on, or after February 13, 1986. Such deposition will be taken before a Notary I Public, or before some other authorized officer, at 1800 M l
