Dear Mr. Berkow:
In the referenced letter the NRC raised three concerns pertaining to the Updated FSAR, Revision 4.
The following are the NRC's comments and PSC's resolutions:

NRC Comment:
Section 3.4.12 Your response to NRC Coment
- 27 is unclear.
Please clarify your internal schedule for justifying replacement of full-length reflector blocks with half-length blocks.
This should be done in the next FSAR update.
PSC Response:
The referenced section should be 3.4.1.2.
This justification will be included in Revision 5 of the Updated FSAR.

NRC Comment:
Section 7.3.1.2.1, page 7.3-9, Rev. 4 - This section, as corrected by Rev.
4, it in error since Figure 7.3-20 does not contain a line indicating manual adjustments by steps of the PPS setpoints as indicated in Section 7.3.1.2.1

Revision 5 will place the correct figure in the Updated FSAR.

NRC Comment:
Table B.5 PSC's response to NRC Comment #20, Attachment C to P-86466, indicates that Table B.5-4 is on two sheets back-to-back.
If this is a correct statement, please provide us with a copy of this table. Our FSV FSAR copy appears to be incomplete.

Table B.5-4 is comprised of one sheet of paper printed on both sides. Enclosed are 13 copies of Table B.5-4.
