Dear Sir:
Enclosed is one (1) signed original and twelve (12) additional copies of Revision 2 to Appendix B of the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (Updated FSAR) for Fort St. Vrain which has been prepared and is being submitted in accordance with 10CFR50, Section 50.71(e).
This revision includes changes requested by the NRC and submitted by Public Service Company in Reference 1
in accordance with 10CFR50.54(a)(3).
NRC approval of this submittal (Reference 3) has resulted in the enclosed Revision 2 of Appendix B of the Fort St.
Vrain Updated FSAR.
Detailed descriptions of the changes made to Appendix B were contained in Reference 1.
Changes to all other portions of the FSAR were submitted by Reference 2.
