APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Omaha Public Power District Docket: 50-285/86-32 Fort Calhoun Station License: DPR-40 During an NRC inspection conducted on December 15-19, 1986, a violation of NRC requirements was identified. The violation involved failure to follow procedures. In accordance with the " General Statement of Policy and Procedure

for NRC Enforcement Actions," 10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C (1986), the violation is listed below:

Contrary to the above, the NRC inspector determined on December 17, 1986, that personnel were not wearing the protective clothing specified on RWP 86-430-1 for entry into the radiologically controlled area.
