0 0.0 INTRODUCTI0d 0.1 Purpose The purpose of this test is to demonstrate the reliable operation of -
the MSIV's and their associated instrumentation, controls, alaras and their ability to perform their design functions under normal and off-normal conditions. This test provides baseline data for future operations and testing and to determine the operational readiness of tne MSIV's.
0.2 Test conditions The normal electrical power sources will be used to perform the test.
0.3 Scope this test will insure the proper operability and interlocks of the main steam isolation valves.
