RASCHIG RINGS MINIMUM DEPTH REDUCTION (TAC NO. L32032)
Dear Mr. Miller:
In accordance with your application dated May 16,1997, and pursuant to Part 76 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Certificate of Compliance GDP-2 is hereby amended by reducing the minimum depth of Raschig rings in the scale pits fo. ERP stations 1A and 2 from 12 inches te S inches in General Design Feature 2.5.4.4 entitled ' Scale Pit Raschig Rings
- of the Technical Safety Requirements. Accordingly, Condition 9 has been revised to include the date of May 16,1997.
All other conditions of this certificate shall remain the same.
Enclosed is a copy of the revised Certificate of Compliance.
