PORTSMOUTH CERTIFICATE AMENDMENT REQUEST - SCALE PIT RASCHIG RINGS MINIMUM DEPTH IN ERP - ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT (TAC NO. L32032)
Dear Mr. Miller:
We have received your application to amend Certificate of Compliance GDP-2 transmitted by letter dated May 16,1997, by reducing the TSR 2.5.4.4 Raschig ring minimum depth requirement from 12 inches to 6 inches in the ERP scale pits 1 A and 2. Your request has been assigned TAC No. L32032. Please reference this number in any future correspondence associated with this request.
We have completed the initial administrative review of your application for amendment of your certificate. No omissions or deficiencies were identified, therefore, we have found it acceptable for formal review. Please note that the formal review may identify omissions in the submittal information or issues that require additional information.
Based on our administrative reviews and projection of current review schedules, we anticipate completing our review by August 15,1997. This date could change depending on the findings of our formal review, urgent assignments, or other factors. We will promptly communicate any significant changes to this schedule.
A copy of your correspondence has been forwarded to our License Fee and Accounts Receivable Branch, Office of the Controller, who will contact you separately for billing if your request is subject to full cost recovery.
