This refers to your pending application for a special nuclear material license to implant Medtronic Model 9000 nucicar powered cardiac pace-makers.

E During the investigational phase of nuclear pacemaker use, licenses are being issued only to institutions with a team of physicians who have substantial experience in the implantation and followup of cardiac pacemakers in the specialties of cardiology and thoracic surgery.

Would you, therefore, submit more specific information on the pace-maker related training and experience of the other physicians and surgeons, as indicated under item 7 of your application, participatittg in the study.
