This is to confirm the May 29, 1986 telephone conversation between Mr. K. V. Hate' (CP&L) and Mr. L. Mellen.
Mr. Mellen was informed that the April 18, 1986 potentially reportable item, pertaining to the potential for concrete dry pack repairs to be structurally unsound, has been evaluated and is considered not to be reportable per the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
