This refers to the inspection conducted by Messrs. R. Zimmerman, C. Bosted,.
G. Fiorelli
-J. Ball and K. Ivey of this office on November 26, 1986, through

January 4, 1987 of activities authorized by NRC License Nos. NPF-41, NPF-51
'
and Construction Permit Number CPPR-143, and to the discussion of our findings
held with yourself and members of your staff at the conclusion of the
inspection.-
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection
report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinntions of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
No violations or deviations of NRC requirements were identified within the
scope of this inspection.
We invite your attention to paragraph 9 of.the enclosed inspection report,
'
which discusses emergency lighting at Unit 1.
As we have previously

discussed, we consider it leportant that you promptly apply lessons learned at
[
one unit to the other two.
Our preliminary review of this issue indicates
that in this instance this did not occur.
We encourage you to closely review
