Inspection Report No. 50-219/86-26
A special safety inspection was conducted on August 26, 1986 by Ms. J. Ciofft
and Mr. J. McFadden of our office. The purpose of this inspection was to re-
view the radiological controls associated with the planning and preparation for
the underwater weld repair of the steam dryer.
Within the scope of this review, no violation or deviations were identified.
The responses directed by this letter and the accompanying Notice are not sub-
ject to the clearance procedures of the Office of Management and Budget as
required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, PL 96-511.
