This refers to the special safety team inspection conducted by Mr. S. Pullani
of this office on January 27-31, 1986, at Seabrook Station, Unit 1,- Seabrook,
New Hampshire of activities authorized by NRC License No. CPPR-185 and to the
discussions of our findings held by Mr. Pullani with Mr. J. De Vincentis of
your staff at the conclusion of the insnection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I

Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the
inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
