We believe it would be highly desirable for Public Service Company of Colorado to review this report and use this material, where appropriate, to update your previous report, "Chernobyl Nuclear Reactor Accident and its Implications Upon Fort St. Vrain," dated May 9, 1986. We request that your revised report be submitted to us by October 10, 1986.

The information in this letter affects fewer than 10 respondents; therefore OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
