Dear Mr. Berkow:
On July 18, 1986, Public Service Coe.pany of Colorado (PSC) submitted the FTE-2 Post Irradiation Examination Report. As we. indicated in the cover letter (P-86468) the report was complete with the exception of graphite thermal diffusivity data. PSC committed to provide NRC with a supplemental report on this data by September 15, 1986.

report. Enclosed are 40 copies for your review and distribution.
- This transmittal meets all prior FSC connitments pertaining to the FTE-2 Post Irradiation Examination Program.
