Dear Mr. Berkow:
Public Service Company of Colorado is pleased to submit the FTE-2 Post Irradiation Examination Report (#908909, Issue N/C, 07/11/86) fulfilling our continuing commitment established in the Fort St.
Vrain Fuel Surveillance Program. This report meets our July 20, 1986 commitment and dccuments the test results of various fuel and graphite moderator characteristics.
All test results are included in this report with the exception of graphite thermal diffusivity data.
Due to test equipment unavailability, these tests were delayed and have been rescheduled.
A supplemental report will be provided to the NRC by September 15, 1986.
Enclosed are 40 copies of the FTE-2 test report for your review and distribution.
