Please find enclosed forty (40) copies of the "PCRV Tendon Interim Surveillance and Status Report" for Fort St. Vrain, dated July, 1986.
The report enclosed presents the findings of the second six-month interim tendon surveillance program period.
The findings of the first six-month interim surveillance period were reported and submitted under Reference (5).
The submittal of the enclosed report fulfills the second semiannual commitment of Reference (4), Item 2.
