Gentlemen:
We have received a copy of your application dated December 18, 1986, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. This application requires review and approval ~ of the condition of the drywell containment vessel for the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFP,170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that your Corporation remit the application fee of $150 for your December 18, 1986 request. Your Corporation will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
In addition to the above-referenced application, we still have not received the $150 fee for your February 18, 1986 application, as requested by our letters of March 26, 1986 and July 11, 1986. That application requested approval of the isotopic analysis of recent core borings taken from concrete block during decontamination of the Old Radwaste Building.
In a telephone conversation on December 19, 1986, between Ms. Diane Naldet at GPU and Ms. Terry Schultze of this office, Ms. Naldet advised that the check for the February 18, 1986 application was being processed and we should receive it by the middle of January.
However, as of this date, that check has not been received.
