Pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1513 is hereby amended to authorize changes in your organization and others as described in your application dated March 14, 1985, and its supplenent dated May 9, 1985. Accordingly Condition 9 of Materials License No. St<M-1513 is revised as follows:
- 9. Authorized Use For use in accordance with the staternents, representations, and conditions specified in the licensee's applications and supplerents cated January 22 February 25, and April 12, 1982; and March 14. and May 9, 1985.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
We have reviewed your letter dated August 1,1985, for the addition of chilled water pipes above the CFX machine room. We have determined an arrendtrent to your license is not required for this facility rodification.
