SUBJECT:
CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AliENDMENT REQUEST DATED MARCH 14,1985, AND SUPPLEMENT DATED MAY 9,1985 By letter dated March 14, 1985, and supplemented May 9, 1985 Eastman Kodak requested that Materials License No. SNM-1513 be amended. The proposed changes are organizational and procedural in nature and will not compromise environmental protection. Accordingly, the staff has concluded thst the following conditions have been met:
1.
There is no significant change in the type or significant increase in the amount of any effluents that may be released
- offsite, 2.
There is no significant increase in individual or cunulative occupational radiation exposure, 3.
There is no significant construction impact, and 4.
There is no significant increase in the potential for or consequences from radiological accidents.
Therefore,inaccordancewith10CFR51.22(c)(11),neitheranEnvironmental Assessment nor an Environmental Impact Statement is warranted for this prcposed action.
