13. Waste water containing licensed material in exposure tanks may be disposed of , j

i by release into Auke Bay provided the concentration of licensed material in the  !

water does not exceed one percent (1%) of the limits specified in Appendix B, i

Table 11 of 10 CFR Part 20. i
