Authorized Use: For use in accordance with statements, representations,

and conditions contained in Chapters 2, 3, and 4 of the application dated March 26, 1984, and supplements dated January 4, 1985, May 14 and August 8, 1986, and letters dated June 25, 1985, and April 23, 1986.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
