ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT N0129 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE N0. NPF-1 FORTROJANNUCLEARPLANT(TACNO.63445)

The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 129 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application (LCA 144) dated October 17, 1986, as supplemented January 14, 1987.

The amendment revises Technical Specification Section 4.6.3.1.2 to allow containment isolation valve stroke testing without MODE limitation.

A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Comission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
