Dear Sir:
License Change Application 144 Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of License Change Application (LCA) 144 requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1.
A check for $150 is attached in accordance with 10 CFR 170.
This LCA revises Trojan Technical Specification (TTS) 3/4.6.3.1.2 to allow stroke-testing of selected Containment isolation valves in operating modes other than cold shutdown or refueling.
Also attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for LCA 144 to the chief executive of the county in which the facility is located and the Director of the State of Oregon, Department of Energy.
