l There are no areas on-site that are frequented by members of the public that could result'in cumulative doses in excess of that calculated as the maximum site boundary dose. The only area with access by the public is Davis-Besse Administration Building that is located to the west of the plant on State Rsute 2. Considering the frequency and duration of vist=

tors, the resulting individual dose would be a small fraction of the site boundary dose. Therefore. it is conservative to base the evaluations for l compliance with Technical Specificatons on the site boundary dose and  !

naximus individual off-site doses as calculated in accordance with Section (

2.2 and 2.4 of the Off-site Dose Calculations Manual (ODCM). Any public doses from on-site activities are nestigible, being a small fraction of l the maximum site boundary dose.  :
