Dear Mr. Davis:
Enclosed are (2) copies of the Addendum to the Effluent and Waste Disposal Semiannual Report for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1, covering the period from July 1, 1985 through December 31, 1985.
Effective October 1985, Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1 Operating License, Appendix A. Technical Specification, Section 6.9.1.11, requires annual summaries of meteorological data and radiation dose assessments to be included in the report submitted 60 days after the first of January each year. The required information was not included in the July 1, 198.i through December 31, 1985 Effluent and Waste Disposal Semiannual Peport. As a result, the required annual summaries are provided in thic Addendum as a supplement to the deficient Semiannual Report.
The applicable portions of Regulatory Guide 1.109, 1.111, and 1.113 have been used along with NUREG-0133 for done calculations and meteorological modeling methodology to demonstrate compliance with Appendix 1 to 10 CFR Part 50.
