Enclosed is the~ Nuclear Regulatory Commission's report directed by Section 604 of the " Omnibus Diplomatic Securit" and Antiterrorism Act of 1986," PL 99-399.
The report reviews the adequacy of the international physical security standards currently applicable with respect to the shipment and storage of strategic special nuclear material subject to U.S. prior consent rights.
