Dear Mr. Farrar:
LFMB The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.101 to Facility Operating License No'. DPR-39 and Amendment No. 91 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-48 for the Zion Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos. I and 2, respectively. The amendments consist of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application transmitted by letter dated December 5,1986, supplemented February 26, 1987, and February 27, 1987.
These amendments would extend the applicability of the heatup and coOdown curves to 14 effective full power years.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is enclosed. A Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
