Ry letters dated January 15, May 8 and June 30, 1986 and January 15, 1987 you submitted the subject change request and revisions.. Our evaluation of the proposed amendment is presented in the enclosure. Of the 25 changes proposed, eight were found unacceptable.
Please review the enclosure and revise your change request where appropriate.
Upon your resolution of the eight open issues, and upon our publication of a re-notice (after receipt of your revision) in the Federal Reoister, we may issue an amendment.
