NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-269/86-28, 50-270/86-28 AND 50-287/86-28
This refers to your letter dated December 11, 1986, in response to our Notice
of Violation issued on November 6,1986, concerning activities at your Oconee
facility.
We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the
requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
The corrective action described in your letter
will be examined on future inspections.
After giving careful consideration to your response, we have concluded for the
reason given in the enclosure that a violation of security plan commitments did
occur, although at one location rather than two locations as stated in the

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d) and 10 CFR 73.21, safeguards information is
exempt from public disclosure.
Therefore, the enclosure to this letter will not
be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
