171,171, and 168 to Facility Operating Licenses Nos. DPR-38 DPR-47 and DPR-55 These anendments ccnsist of ,

for the Oconee changes Nuclear Station, to the Technical Units 1,(2,)and Specifications 3.

TS in response to your request dated

, February 6,1986, as supplemented August 20, 1986, and December 1, 1987.

The amendrents revise the TS to test only the initiation control circuitry of the reactor building spray system without actually energizing the pump.

A copy of our Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of issuance of the enclosed amendrents will be included in the Connission's bi-weekly Federal Register notice. _
