The Comission has issued the enclosed Arendment No.61 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-34 for the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station.

This amendment consists.cf changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your applicaticn dated March 29, 1988.

The amendment would delete the requirement to monitor the terperature of the Dew Point Moisture Monitors in Section 4.4 of the Technical Specifications.-

A copy of the Safety Evaluation is enclosed. The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Comission's next Bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
