REGULATORY HISTORY DOCUMENTS FOR FINAL FEE RULE, 10 CFR PART 171 Enclosed for the final annual fee rule,10 CFR Part 171, are (1) a draft regula-tory history, (2) seventeen documents to be entered in the Document Control System (DCS) and then sent to Elizabeth Shelburne, Chief, Public Documents Branch, to be kept in the Public Document Room (PDR), and (3) twelve documents to be entered in the Document Control System and then sent to Inez Bailey, Chief, Records Services Branch, to be kept in Central Files (CF).
t Please request that DCS personnel add the designator AC30-2 to the sixty-five documents listed on the draft regulatory history that already have accession numbers. This will complete identification of all documents that are part of the history for this final rule. When DCS personnel have completed all these entries, please request that they provide me a computer printout of all documents bearing the designator AC30-2 to be used as an index of the regulatory history for the final fee rule.
