Through its Environmental Whistleblower Clinic, GAP offers

to ensure the health and safety of their communities.

We are requesting the above information as part of an
ongoing monitoring project on the adequacy of Region IV and the
NRC's efforts to protect public safety and health at nuclear
power plants.
