CONVERSATION WITH JOHN DARKE John Darke called last week. He had been unable to get ahold of D. Grimsley.
He had also tried contacting Mr. Mcdonald and Mr. Stello.
He said he doesn't see the arrange'r.ent Donnie spoke of in his letter (ADM &
NMSS making docunents available to him and the library) working. The only l things the library has received are the SER, ER, license and cover letter to the license. The 3-Vol application was not put in the library nor were any l other earlier documents or later ones.
- I told John it was my understanding that the LPDR was not to be "reestablished."
He said it never was "officially disestablished as far as he is concerned because the library still has the documents from the 1970's and they never got
- a letter saying they were no 1cnger an LPDR.
} I asked John if he was admitted to the proceeding. He said his petition was dismissed without prejudice. ,
- I told John I would pass this info on to Donnie. John said he would call
- Donnie some other time re the matter. He said he was going to be out in the field for a couple weeks.
