John Darke called Marge twice on Friday, August 21, re possibility of LPDRs for these facilities. She told him she wasn't aware of any plans to set them up.
He called her again on Monday, August 24, to see if we had heard anything more on the subject. She told him she had not heard anything. In addition, she mentioned that I told him previously that our current policy does not cover LPDRs for these facilities and any request to establish and maintain such would have to come from NMSS. He told her he was aware of that and he had called OGC re the matter.
As yet, I haven't heard anything from OGC or NMSS. I have alerted Donnie Grimsley to the inquiries from John Darke. ,
