Markley at the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station on October 5-7,1988. The

purpose of the ins ection was to evaluate your radiological safety program

relative to the Se tember 28, 1988 incident involving unauthorized entry into
posted high radiat on areas. The inspecti 1 consisted of a review of the

radiological controls, management involvement and licensee corrective actions.
