The licensee had not repored the in vivo results to the P.agional office, but had continued for scytral usets to evaluate the extent of tha deposition by other bioassay nothods. Other than the in vivo data, licensee data did not injicate eithtr a release of radio-active caterial or an exposure to concentrations af radioactiva caterial aboYe limits specified in 20.403. k'e request you guidance concerning r:hether cr not the coployce's deposition should !cve been reported to the liRC pursuant to 20.403.
